By creating a Marly account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are between you and Marly Asset Management.
Marly is a yacht operations platform that helps boat owners and fleet managers log maintenance, track parts, manage inspections, and plan work.
The service is provided as-is during its current early access phase. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Marly. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You may not share your account or use it to provide a service to multiple end users without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms others or us.
You own the data you enter into Marly. We do not claim ownership of your vessel records, maintenance logs, or uploaded files.
You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. Marly is a record-keeping tool — it does not provide maritime, technical, safety, or legal advice. All operational decisions about your vessel remain your responsibility.
You may not use Marly to: violate any applicable law; infringe the intellectual property rights of others; upload malware or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or harass or harm other users.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data but cannot guarantee against all loss or corruption.
We recommend keeping your own backups of critical records.
Marly is currently in early access. Pricing and billing terms will be communicated before any paid tier is introduced. We will not charge you without your explicit agreement.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at hello@marlymarine.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of cancellation.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marly Asset Management is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
